Small bottle vinegar (White or cider)
 15-20 Pink Peppercorns

15-20 Small hot peppers (whatever suits you that will fit in the bottle)but small thai or smaller thin cayennes` work nice
Cooking Instructions:
No cooking ,just infuse the vinegar with peppers and peppercorns
