1 pound Blue Crab backfin crab meat ½ cup Fresh crushed saltine cracker crumbs 2 med. eggs ¼ cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon dry mustard |

| Cooking Instructions: |
Carefully remove all cartilage from crab meat. In a bowl, mix together eggs, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard. Add crab meat, fold evenly and gently. Add cracker crumbs evenly. Shape into 4-6 cakes. Pan fry with a little Whole Butter for 3- 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Crab cakes can also be broiled for a few minutes on each side until Golden browned. |

Serve with Saltine Crackers and Yellow Mustard, A little swirl of mustard on the cracker a nice lump of crabcake, thats it mates, simple and simply the best. Yarr.. |

also great as a sandwich on your favorate bread,on your favorate salad,or make smaller portions for appetizers.
Wheather you buy canned or pick your own ,the crabmeat is already cooked , so don`t overcook the cakes just to a nice golden brown.Pan fry in whole butter over medium heat don`t scorch the butter. |
